2014 YA Week Toolkit for Affiliates

February 06, 2014 | marcus@ya.org

I will be updating this page with the YA Week Resolution and other documents as they are released. We have also included a recently published policy statement, A Shared Endeavor. YA partnered with several other major National arts organizations to create this statement that has seen much attention in the field.

Along with a press release announcement we encourage affiliates to locate their Congressional reps on the Congressional District Spreadsheet below and to send them a formal invitation using the Congressional Invitation Template Letter. This will work in tandem with LobbyIt's efforts to reach out to individual offices. Feel free to use the YA Week artwork above (web version) by right clicking and saving the JPG.

If you have any questions or would like discuss YA Week Advocacy strategies with me and our Government Relations firm, LobbyIt, please contact me (Marcus Romero) at marcus@ya.org.
