Youth Arts in the Parks:Accessible Arts Experiences for the Kids

Spring 2017 registration is now open for Youth Arts in the Parks:Accessible Arts Experiences for the Kids our Arts for Learning presented by Young Audiences Arts for Learning's Affiliate, Arts for Learning Miami. This fun and educational program teaches kids of all abilities visual arts, creative movement and expression, or theater/improvisation in a social setting, led by professional artists/art teachers, certified instructors and disability experts. No prior experience is required. Participating students must be residents of Miami-Dade County.
WHAT: Have fun, make friends, make art, get creative!
WHO: Children and youth with and without disabilities, ages 6-17*
*youth with disabilities welcome up to age 22

WHEN: Orientation: 10 am, Saturday, January 21, 2017 at each site
Classes: 9:00 - 11:00 am, Saturdays: January 28 - April 22, 2017
Culminating Event: Exhibit/Performance/Reception: 3-5pm, Saturday, April 29, 2017
