The Leadership Forum, a two-day meeting in New York City, for the Young Audiences Arts for Learning network board members and executive staff, focuses on strategies to maximize and strengthen the network. This annual convening has focused on many critical topics, including curriculum integration, diversity, strategic planning, and strategies for addressing financial challenges.
The Leadership Forum provides an excellent opportunity for an affiliate executive directors and their board members to develop strategies to lead their organizations forward. Forum participants will learn about the difference between management and governance, the responsibilities of the executive director versus the board, and how to maintain and grow community partnerships with their Young Audiences Arts for Learning affiliate.
