Arts Partners Wichita
Established in 1998, Arts Partners provides arts-in-education programs using visual, performing, digital, and literary arts to impact learning in both the subject area (math, science, language arts, social studies, technology and more) and the arts for young people from early childhood through high school. The programs include: teacher training in using the arts across the curriculum; artist-led classroom workshops and residencies; performances; and field trips to partnering arts and cultural organizations for concerts, productions, art exhibitions, and tours.
Arts Partners provides services to public, parochial and private schools and early childhood centers in Sedgwick, Butler, Sumner and Reno counties. Arts Partners seeks to inspire young people and expand their learning through the arts. Because Arts Partners believes that creative minds make communities better, they are dedicated to igniting the full creative potential of young people.
