Food for Thought

Showcasing Dallas-Fort Worth’s finest chefs and cuisine, Food for Thought benefits Big Thought, one of Dallas’ leading nonprofits dedicated to improving public education through creative learning.  Food for Thought features more than a dozen chefs from DFW’s best establishments presenting signature “tastes” of their specialties during the evening. 

The event also includes live entertainment, a silent auction, open premium bar and special awards presentation.

Chefs include: Brian C. Luscher, The Grape; Tiffany Derry , Private Social; Samir Dhurandhar, Nick and Sam’s; Lisa Garza, Taste Studio;  Tre Wilcox, Marquee; Michael Ehlert, Campo Modern Country Bistro; Janice Provost, Parigi; Jon Stevens, Nosh; David Anthony Temple; Matt Reddick, Il Cane Rosso; Estevan Galindo, Hattie’s; Khanh Nguyen, Dalat and more.

Food for Thought specifically benefits Big Thought community programs. Sponsors to date include:  American Airlines, Claims Adjustment Specialists, Ernst & Young, Fluor, Gold Crown Valet, Heartland IT Consulting, LBJ Express Project, Lockheed Martin and Whole Foods Market.

Frontiers of Flight Museum is located at 6900 Lemmon Avenue.  Tickets start at $150 per person.  A young professional’s discount rate of $100 will be offered to those under 30 years of age.
