Congratulations Young Audiences New York (YANY) on your 60th Anniversary! On Monday, March 4, YANY celebrated their anniversary event, the Children's Arts Award Benefit at the Cipriani Wall Street. The Benefit honored B. Bonin Bough, Kenny "Babyface" Edwards and Bill Koenigsberg. The evening was a huge success and highlights included a silent auction, a performance by the YANY Youth Choir who sang a cover of Fun's Some Nights, a live auction event, and a special closing performance by Alexis Cole.

They broke their previous contribution record and set a new all-time high goal. The generous donations will help YANY to captivate, educate, and inspire New York City public school children through the transformative power of the arts. YANY is one of New York's leading arts education providers, annually serving over 100,000 students, parents, teachers, and community members with over 270,000 arts experiences. They focus on working with critically under-funded schools; expanded their services to include teacher professional development, afterschool, and family workshops.

A well-deserved Congratulations to B.J. Adler, YANY's Executive Director and the rest of the YANY staff!
